TRIMURTI PVC PIPES are manufactured by an advanced continuous manufacturing technique using a special formulation of raw materials namely Poly Vinyl Chloride (PVC) resin under the BIS specifications IS: 4985:2000. The PVC Pipes have extensive range of applications in the field of Agricultural, Industrial, Domestic and Commercial purpose.

TRIMURTI COLUMN PIPES are designed and developed by us for submersible pumps and are also available as per ASTM D-1785 standard. The pipes are manufactured in the range of 1’’ to 4’’ diameters with the wall thicknesses as designed by us and also as available according to ASTM D-1785 (SCH-80 & SCH-120). The Pipes are available in white Colour and supplied in nominal length of 3.0 meters.

The company is dedicatedly engaged in offering an extensive array of long lasting Plain TRIMURTI CASING PIPES and TRIMURTI CASING SCREEN PIPES which are specially designed to ensure clean, clear water from bore well, whether shallow or deep. Our light weight PVC Casing Pipes are fabricated in high grade polyethylene fiber as per the leading IS and DIN standards.

TYPES

Trimurti casing pipes are made as per IS: 12818 and DIN 4925 and are classified as:

Plain Pipes

These can be used as extension pipes to screen pipe. They are of two types: C. S. Pipe: For shallow-depth (up to 80 m) red colour code. C. M. Pipe: For medium-depth (up to 250 m) yellow colour code.

Screen Pipes

These pipes may be plain or ribbed. They have transverse slots and are mainly used in bore wells, from the water-table Level onwards.

Ribbed Screen Pipes

These pipes have longitudinal ribs and transverse slots. The ribs keep granulated soil away from the slots, and increase the permeability rating to more than double when compared to plain screen pipes.
